Pharmaceutical Engineering is a cutting edge program with an innovative, inter-disciplinary approach to post-genomic engineering. This new degree at the University of Adelaide is concerned with process improvements from drug discovery to the delivery of correct dosages achieving prescribed outcomes. Pharmaceutical Engineer's take small scale drug formulation processes and upscale to industrial production without loss of effectiveness whilst economically improving delivery and manufacturing processes.
